I MUST APOLOGIZE FOR NOT BEING HEAR.

 Hi all,

I must apologize to all of you that follow my blog. The reason why I have not updating my blog for so long is because my 500mm lens died on me,well dropping it didn't help. It left me in a sad state, but now it is back with me to do what we do best together,I hope all of you with good lenses will understand. As without our trusted companion's it is hard to leave home to search for life's nice surprises .Still I had my 300mm to keep me company until my best mate was repaired.I did have a good trip down to saltholme reserve with my mates,I got to photograph a reed warbler for the first it time.We were told there was a broad billed sandpiper in the area but as luck has it we mist it (again).there was plenty sky larks about giving us a song I love to here.

Our next trip out was going to be on the farne islands, but the weather let us down plus the crossing to the islands were cancelled,so of to the cliffs at Dunstanburgh to see and photograph the razorbills fulmars and kittiwakes.will try the farne's on Saturday.
