Saturday is normally my birding day,but not this week,came down with pleurisy,Bloody nuisance,Was planing to go to saltholme rspb.Next week will have to do.The last time me and my mates were at saltholme we got to see that beautiful bird the avocet.This shot is not sharp but what a bird to see.

the glossy ibis
my fist sighting of the glossy ibis was a good one, there it was right in front of the window,there was at least 15 people taking shots of it,must be the most photographed bird in the north east
and rightly so.

TRIP TO THE INNER FARNE
